This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and BolivarTech LLC ("BolivarTech", "we", "us") governing your use of our software applications, services, and related content.
By installing or using any BolivarTech application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
BolivarTech grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our applications for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the software without prior written consent.
Our applications may integrate with or link to third-party services. BolivarTech is not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services. Your use of such services is subject to their own terms and policies.
You agree not to use our applications for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the software. BolivarTech reserves the right to modify or discontinue any application at any time without notice.
BolivarTech may release updates or upgrades to applications from time to time. These updates may be required for continued use and are subject to the terms of this EULA.
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
Certain applications may allow you to purchase virtual goods or in-app items. These items have no real-world value and are non-refundable. BolivarTech reserves the right to manage, regulate, and modify virtual goods at any time.
Our applications are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. BolivarTech does not warrant that the applications will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BolivarTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our applications.
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Atlanta, Georgia. If any provision of this EULA is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
